They changed my oil quickly. I sat in a cool waiting room with coffee, water, TV and a bathroom nearby if I needed or wanted them. Staff was kind.

I hate to leave comment like this , i have a 80 dollars front alignment here , which i did request a 4 wheel alignment , the problem it was way from aligned , more over the driver wheel start shaking and pull right and left which months later I have carx fix it almost for free. also RF leg nut was borken takes another 70 dollars to fix it, means 150 dollars spent and done nothing. Thanks God it is done aligned today. That is the 3rd shop , 3 time i pay for a alignment. Thank God the job done now anuway

This is where I take my car when my local mechanic can't handle the job. Carx told me that I had to replace my rack and pinion to be ready for safety test to renew my plates. Over $1000! I took it to Henry's and they passed me. I asked about the rack and pinion. They said everything looked fine. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Here is one!

so far so good, car is running fine now!

So, I need to amend my review, the owner of the shop called and explained the charges. There is a $96 for "diagnosing" the problem. It did not used to be that way, even at the dealership. But, that's the way of the world now. Given the diagnosis charge - the repair cost is not out of line. It would have been helpful if the had told me that when quoting the price. They have resolved the situation and don't deserve a bad review.

I needed a crankshaft position sensor. They quoted me $250 (I was broken down and had AAA towed me there). I thought that was steep so I did some research. The Ford dealership would do it for $120, I can get a mobile mechanic to come to my house and do it for $116. If they are ripping me off on a small job like that - imagine how they are overcharging on a big job. Don't go there they are not honest. AAA is towing me out of there for free - even though I have no tows left on my contract.
