Customer service is a hit or miss, depending on who's working. The material of the clothing isn't worth the price. Some items tear easily during washing. I only purchase things that are the least expensive, so if it tears I won't be really upset. Online item prices are for online only....staff will not honor price for the exact same item in-store. If you want affordable, high quality apparel, check out Macy's clearance. I can get well-made, $60 items for under $10, in some cases.

Love this store for great deals! You have to look through a lot of stuff but they have some really cute pieces for very reasonable prices and especially cute boots. So inexpensive that if you only wear one season, who cares?
The store is clean, organized, and the store manager is the best. Updates you with the deals and coupon offers as you check out.
