On my latest visit, I had a package scheduled to arrive and I was unsure if the seller had it held at the post office, as I requested, and was worried I missed the carrier to sign for it. Although almost closed, she assured me I would of received notice if I missed delivery and it should be here. If not, she said she would personally speak to the carrier and call me first thing in the morning. Then she promptly went in back and it was there waiting for me!

Also our carrier is awesome and very nice! Thanks for all you do!!

I would give ZERO STARS, but it's not allowed.

When looking for their number, I was shocked by all the poor reviews. I have an online shop and frequent this location at least weekly and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes it's busy, but I've never had an unreasonable wait, they are good at keeping the flow and have seen others jump in to help when there is a line. I have always been greeted and felt welcomed, they even take time to make small chat. The employees are very helpful with getting my packages shipped, even when I ask the same questions that I should know by now.

Something has to give, and we are about done here. Checks don't get through, prescriptions by mail disappear, mail for people that haven't been here is YEARS are just put back in our boxes when we return it to the carrier marked "RETURN-ADDRESSEE MOVED, ADDRESS UNKNOWN" in GIANT RED MAGIC MARKER! The carrier literally refuses to take back mail dropped her by accident, and we can't get the legitimate mail which is being sent to us!

I have had over 17 problems with the mail carriers in the past 9 months! I have been getting other peoples mail. They are delivering not only the wrong name on the mail but the wrong address. I have gone each time to the post office and spoken to the supervisor. I even wrote a letter and called their consumer affairs office. They sent me a sticker to put in my mail box which stated to the carrier to check that the name and address are correct on the mail before putting it in my box! Yesterday the postal carrier delivered a post card saying "Sorry we missed you" it was for a certified letter for some else again not my name or my address. I was home and he never even ring my bell or knocked on the door!

Multiple times in the last month I have had scheduled pick ups not get picked up. Today I have two incoming packages both marked as delivered and they were not delivered. I call and I’m told that the carriers are all gone and there is no way to track these things now and wait until Tuesday. What a damn joke! Hire competent mail carriers and their wouldn’t be an issue!

AVOID THIS POST OFFICE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

We have been involved in a 6 month running match of will against our supposed mail carrier: IF s/he shows up, it is ONLY on Mondays and Fridays! This building has 4 units, containing a total of 10 adults and 6 children, yet the carrier keeps claiming that he only shows one or two days a week because nobody gets mail! The fact is one unit has their gas turned off because the carrier never delivers the bills, I had my health insurance cancelled for the same reason (after they sent me FIVE SEPARATE WARNINGS, NONE OF WHICH I Got!).

Every time I call and ask for the Carrier Manager, I get someone DIFFERENT! Last week was "Karla", this week "Karla" is no longer working for the post office, and a "Mr Cooper" is the one I'm told I want to talk with - which I would, if he were EVER IN THE SHOP BEFORE CLOSE!

Next stop is the Postal Inspection Service ("mail cops").

I totally understand the frustrations here, in fact so does about 95% of the surrounding community who has experienced their selective brand of treatment that caters especially to "regulars" only.... I imagine being a carrier is pretty demanding, but the cavalier attitudes are real and never so evident as when they drop prescription orders on your front porch in plain open sight and when you call the supervisor they could care less.
